mindful Meetup is the new network event series for everyone who longs for real connection-with themselves and with others. In the inspiring atmosphere of the Bella Volen gallery, mindfulness and exchange meet.

We start with a guided meditation, arrive with ourselves through reflection impulses and then open the space for honest conversations, new perspectives and personal encounters. No small talk, but real listening, real sharing.
