About event
**Mindful Mingle: Table Talk**
Too often, we fall back on polite but not so inspired staples: 'Have you got anything special planned for the weekend?', 'What do you do?', and so on. But there are questions that work like magic that open our hearts, draw out our memories and prompt our latent reserves of generosity, fun and interest. A hangout with new friends is only as good as the questions we ask one another.
👉 Please RSVP only if you plan to attend.
👉 Update RSVP if your plans changed.
👉 Please read the group guidelines before attending. You can find them in the Mindful Mingle main group description.
**Reflection questions for this meetup:**
You’re welcome to take a moment to sit with them beforehand, if that feels right for you.
1. How would you like to improve as a person?
2. What would you wish to change about yourself or your appearance?
3. How can one overcome shyness?
4. Are there people you feel reassured by, and what is it about them that makes you feel this way?
5. Are there things you'd like to tell others, but you feel you can't take the risk?
### **Meetup Structure**
**1\. Introductions – Who am I?**
We’ll start with a gentle round of introductions so everyone can get to know each other.
**2\. Table Talk – Our shared conversation**
A guided exchange, where we explore the questions mentioned above together.
**3\. Mingle & Muse – Free\-flowing connection**
After the moderated part, we ease into open conversation, giving everyone space to chat, reflect, and connect in their own rhythm.
*A note to past Mindful Minglers: the Table Talk series is a new format which won’t include a deep dive into personal mental health. You’re of course welcome to continue deeper conversations with other attendees after the moderated part.*
*If you’re looking for circles similar to our earlier meetups, feel free to join my friends Pierre and Bettina in their new meetup series held every two weeks on Sundays.*
