MiRAcLEs | Yoga Day Retreat

with movement, breath and rituals in autumn

life is a gift. Big and small miracles await every day - even if not everything is always easy or even damn hard. "There are two ways to live his life: either as if nothing is a miracle, or as if everything is one. I believe in the latter," said Albert Einstein. Our Yoga Day Retreat is all about amazement & thank you. Let yourself be kissed with the magic wand.

Autumn is the season of abundance and therefore gratitude. So many gifts in nature, so many colors. For the transition to the new season, we take R a u m to expand the heart and to appreciate what is already there. For example:

❉ Your body: With a yoga practice you go through the masterpiece on a journey of discovery, with which you navigate through this life. Even if everything is not perfect and if maybe pain is there: how can you connect with this body lovingly? We focus on the heart, because a wide heart opens our eyes for beauty around and in us.

❉ Nature: Ooo Dear! Do you have your eyes open for the beauty of nature? With a natural ritual you put your eyes on a look at and also take a microscopic look at what there is to be discovered out there. How can you experience yourself in the elements? Can you look into nature with a child's eyes? In the sharing circle you will be heard and saw. Program
