Mirek Kemel (křest alba)

Mirek Kemel is known to a wide cultural audience primarily as a caricaturist who followed Renčín and Jiránek in terms of philosophical and political drawings. A few years ago, however, he also attracted attention as a folk singer-songwriter, who gathered capable accompanying musicians around him. In his texts, Kemel manages to be expressive and precise without resorting to textual clichés or banalities. In addition, he benefits from a natural narrator's voice - and even the musical side of his songs is familiar, clear, but not banal.

The band consists of Vlastimil Konopiský (acoustic and electric guitar), Tomáš Görtler (accordion), Petr Tichý (double bass) and Petr Mikeš (drums or double bass).
