We would like to thank all our supporters, former students, but above all those interested in the intermediate level, for their interest and are pleased to offer the opportunity to register for the newly opened classes. KRAV MAGA in the center of Brno. The condition for participation is the completion of the beginner's class, or level P1. The class will be led by instructors Filip Slunský and Adam Štulpa. Wednesday 20:30-22:00
Courses are continuous, divided by semesters.
We train twice a week 1.5 hours and we prepare our students both technically and physically, mentally and tactically. In addition to the self-defense techniques themselves, we focus on strengthening, practicing different situations and scenarios, working with an increased level of stress and teaching our students not only what to do during the fight, but also before and after it.
What I need:
Shoes that don't smudge, long pants and a T-shirt are enough for training, suspenders, mouthguards, etc. are mandatory after about 3 weeks. We will arrange the purchase of equipment for you directly in the course.
Requirements for students:
At least 18 years of age, otherwise we require the consent of parents or legal representatives
Clean criminal record
Negative attitude towards extreme right-wing and left-wing ideologies
Represent and on equipment purchased from us or on our e-shop.
