"Movement Practice 5Ryths® will start your creativity. Not only will it relax your body, but also open your heart and empties your mind." American dancer, therapist and charismatic shaman Gabrielle Roth (1941-2012). It is a dynamic movement practice rooted in the principle that if you put your soul in motion, it begins to heal itself. Movement is both - a medicine and a metaphor that come to us through all languages, cultures and age groups to turn suffering into art, art in awareness and awareness in action. Wherever we dance 5 -aids, a community is born for dance, sweat, change and support that provides safe space for each of us so that we can shake what our ego holds, and awaken the juicy, unpredictable, fascinating, on the edge moving, star parts of our self.
