The model situation of the interpersal conflict is an experiential workshop where the game is examined how we communicate in conflict situations. Each participant will become part of a model conversation between two people - but with one difference: each has a so -called *third view *, a character representing his inner emotion or subconscious. But it can also cause complete "noise" in communication where the actors stop talking and have to transmit their messages through their third views - which can change everything. It helps to understand their own ways of communication and gives room to try them differently in a safe environment. Reflection at the end helps to name what we have experienced and transfer it to everyday life. It is suitable for anyone who wants to better orientate in interpersonal communication and relationships
My name is Hugo and I am currently a student of the 4th Game Art in Brno sšud and this workshop was created from my personal trip to become a facilitator. I consider the topic of conflicts socially important and I perceive the importance of understanding our disagreements and ways we communicate. I believe that even without a professional title we can create safe spaces where people can try to be honest, playful and perhaps a little courageous at how they approach each other. I try to create a space where we can experiment, be sensitive, but also laugh - and maybe take away something that will help us in common relationships.
