Hello, dear girlfriends and friends,
we invite you to tasting, where we will deal with modern trends in French winery. We compare modern and traditional wines from southern Rhône, we will talk about other trends that are partly present in our countries. We start trends in cultivation, touch changes in harvesting, production and gradually get to marketing, ie packaging, labels, trade and the like. We will mention modernization and technological degres, many things that we lovers of wine experience. We think it will be very interesting and certainly unusual.
Vote in time, the number of places is limited. Production is first of all classic controlled maceration for 12-15 days to maintain fruit taste and smell, and then with a special procedure will slightly reduce the alcohol content in accordance with modern trends to the resulting 11.5% 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Carignan

Clear cherry taste with hints of currant and other berries. 51 % Grenache, 28 % Carignan and 21 % Syrah
