A loving space to strengthen yourself for pregnancy and prepare you mentally and emotionally for the birth and becoming a mother

Pregnancy is a time of transition - full of joy, but also full of emotions and deep inner changes. And with it an invitation to us women to become mothers very carefully and consciously.

Our Mom-to-Be Circle “Sweet Expectation” gives you the space to consciously pause in a warm, familiar atmosphere, connect with your baby and your intuition and strengthen your trust in your body and your inner strength. It should accompany you on your path to motherhood and strengthen you during your pregnancy as well as prepare you for the upcoming birth and motherhood by allowing trust, calm and joy to grow within you. Here you will find a safe place for all your thoughts and feelings: whether in quiet moments all by yourself during meditation and reflection or in an open, non-judgmental exchange with other pregnant women about all your experiences, joys and worries.

Each of the six mommy circle meetings has a specific "motto" under which we celebrate and accompany your pregnancy:
