Monday Meditation open group

**SUMMER SEASON UPDATE**

We'll meet **every Monday** to share a few moments of inner silence. Together, we'll explore different techniques and approaches to develop this habit of observation and non-judgment. We'll create a contained space to share our feelings, difficulties, and experiences around meditation as we delve deeper into our true essence.

We strive for a **diverse and inclusive space** for the whole human experience, and we invite you to put down your pre-formed concepts and ideas to open yourself to a loving way of living.

**No experience is needed**. No reservation is required. Come whenever your hearts feel the calling.

Our session **starts at 20:00 (summer season) at Prosa Cultural**. If you arrive late, you can still join us, silently find a spot in the circle, and sit with us.

**About me**: Born and raised in Colombia, and based in Lisbon since 2019, I combine several tools (meditation, Thai massage, therapeutic oracle reading, neuroscience, etc.) to bring awareness to the physical, mental, and emotional body. **I believe that love is the energy that fuels the universe**, and together we can find the places, people, and tools to connect with our inner peace.
