Suddenly it is quiet. Then something ends and maybe it goes on after the silence, but it is also possible that the silence is a new beginning. The silence after a closed door, the silence after a failure, the silence after a laugh, the silence after an unexpected word or unexpected movement, the silence after a wrong decision.

a must for lovers of literature, the Dutch song and poetry. Stories with a soft shine of melancholy. About dark and bitter mind, the bright spots in existence and all that brought with a big smile.

Thomas Verbogt wrote various novels, plays, columns and stories and was nominated for the Libris Literature Prize and the ECI Literature Prize 2016 for his book when De Winter is over. In September 2017, his latest novel appeared how everything had to start and a film I started writing when I was three about his writership.
