With her strategic insights and practical tools, she tackles systemic barriers to equity and equality. Vivian has worked with renowned clients such as Heineken, Linkedin, Google, Deloitte and more, and she passionately advocates for DEI education. Through her Amplify DEI Cards initiative, she empowers teams to develop actionable plans for advancing diversity and inclusion.
