About event
First April Kinocaval: Sea in the yard (2025)
The sea in the yard is the new film Martin Horský, screenwriter and director of the successful comedy Women in Run. He is pleased that the tools produced by him bring joy to people around the world. He likes to spend time in his workshop in the yard of the gallery house. He has never been at the sea, his sea is a puddle in the yard, which protects against drying so that the birds have something to drink. He has no wife or children, just a female dandelion that accompanies him at every step. Josef secretly loves the beautiful neighbor Anežka (Linda Rybová) and looks forward to Wednesday chess with the best friend Václav (Jiří Langmajer), charismatic tuner Pian, who can also tune in most of the pianists. Although Joseph has already made a number of masterful instruments, he knows that his violin art is still not at its peak. Meanwhile, it hesitates to reach the best wood, which carefully cares in the workshop. He has so much time ahead of him - for the championship violin and to get acquainted with Anežka. But life will change in a moment. The sea of time can suddenly become just a puddle. With the help of friends, Josef begins to fulfill all dreams he no longer wants to postpone. And in the end, the masterpiece and the true love for life will come to the championship. Comedy Czech Republic, 2025, 102 min director, screenplay: Martin Horský Starring: Ondřej Vetchý, Jiří Langmajer, Linda Rybová, Sara Sandeva and others
