About event
Morning Organic Flow, 60 mns
Vinyasa flow class for all level.
We move gradually from easy warming-up poses to more flowing sequence that will awaken your body and give a sense of clarity to feel ready for the day ahead. Join us to start moving and feeling energized and grounded for your day!
**What is my approach about Organic flow Vinyasa?**
I teach a yoga based on Vinyasa Yoga infused with somatic approach and mobility & strength movements to better prepare the body for the yoga poses included in the sequence.
I invite you of being curious, moving according to your breath, with an emphasis on sensing the breath and experiencing fluid sequences from an inner point of view, gradually going toward poses that are more demanding, eventually challenging yourself but always cultivating kindness and mindfulness.
This class aims to accommodate all levels, beginners included (but with good overall mobility). Anyway, Vinyasa flow is a dynamic practice so I encourage everyone to modulate their practice at their own pace.
