Morning Pilates by the Sea - Barcelona

How about starting your day by the sea, practicing Pilates surrounded by fresh air, sunshine, and the sound of the waves?

This outdoor class is designed to energise your body and calm your mind — we’ll work on posture, breath, strength, and balance.

All levels welcome, just bring a mat or towel and water. Feel free to stay after for a dip in the sea!
