About event
Morphine Ridges crafts shadowy songs that drift between western sombre and psychedelia, echoing with the mood of a lost Lynch film. Their sound blends haunting vocals, the lonesome cry of lap steel, and spring-tinged guitars that harmonise with widescreen shoegaze textures. Drawing on the tradition of modern balladry, their music unfolds slowly — neither cursed nor prayed for.
The Berlin based project was founded by Andreas Miranda (guitar, vocals) and Verita Egert (vocals, percussion), joined by Luis De Cicco (lapsteel guitar), Juliette Wallace (bass) and Frederik Sunesen (drums)
Their debut album “Bodies and Distance” will be released on Jukeboxbaby Records offering a compelling soundtrack for late-night drives, flickering neon, and the spaces in between.
Special Guest: Lawrence Goodwin
DJ: Dane Joe
Visuals: Maria Secio
