Bridges
(as part of the Plaisirs de Musique concert series)
Old and new music for traverso and lute - and classical guitar!
Special guest: František Nečas - guitar
During the last concert in Brno this season, we will present a new program combining the music of the old masters with contemporary compositions (Štěpán Rak, Lukáš Sommer, František Lukáš, Sylvain Latour, Jean van Vugt, Jörn Boysen, Marian Friedl, Pau Canyigueral, Tomasz Pokrzywiński, Petr Eben, Jan Novák) and thus build bridges between centuries, cultures and generations. We will subsequently record this program on CD in Belgium and the release is planned for 2025. This program will also form the axis of our next season - you will learn more about this at the concert, to which we cordially invite you on the day of the holiday.
Free entry, voluntary contribution at the exit.
The concert is financially supported by a grant from the city of Brno.
