About the Host:
Stephanie has years of experience working with Amazonian medicines, she is a certified Kambo counselor. She is also a certified yoga teacher & she also works as a mentor with women to feel better in their bodies with acceptance. She offers 8-week inner journeys back to yourself, using different modalities, such as neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis & emotional change techniques. The journey is based on generational trauma that manifests itself physically and emotionally. The journey is to return to feminine softness, let go of worries and live with surrender and confidence in yourself.
