A special monthly Movement workshop made specifically for Movement Nerds, Teachers and Fanatics who want to go ALL IN in on The Movement Approach in a small group setting.
Tired of surface-level workshops? This monthly workshop is specifically made for Movement Nerds, Teachers, and Fanatics ready to advance their practice to the level of true scholarship. Limited to just 12 spots, this isn't passive learning—it's collaborative, rigorous research into The Movement Approach itself.
Under the guidance of Virgil Spier, you won't just do exercises; you'll engage in a monthly deep dive where we systematically deconstruct the why behind what we teach and train.

We'll move beyond common methodology to research the fundamental, often unspoken, movement pillars that underpin all effective training and teaching.
Unlocking the Unseen
Identify and cultivate the critical, latent movement skills that are routinely overlooked, yet essential for an antifragile Movement practice.
Philosophical Synthesis
Challenge the very definition of Movement. Is there an overarching, cohesive philosophy that unites all disciplines?
This workshop is not for profit but for a TRUE commitment to rigorous inquiry and mutual growth. We believe our combined, focused knowledge will redefine our understanding and elevate our practice exponentially. It is a place where teachers become students and students become teachers!

Guest teachers will regularly be invited to join and share their insights. Expect a highly collaborative space open for Play, Curiosity and Research.
