Mozart Requiem

Mozarts Requiem is one of the most popular classical works of all time. In the last ten years, the piece in the top 400 of NPO Klassiek has always finished in second place, one place behind-of course-Bachs Matthäus-Passion. Remarkably, Mozart's dramatic and comforting swan song in 13 years Bach Ensemble Amsterdam has never been on the desk. With this version, a long -held wish is therefore fulfilled. In this concert it is preceded by the Salve Regina (1771) by Joseph Haydn, who was a friendly and source of inspiration for Mozart.
