About event
After repeating it so many times, it has become commonplace to say that Mozart was a genius composer. But, after all, what makes the Austrian musician a truly extraordinary case? To answer, it makes sense to listen carefully to compositions of lesser importance than The Magic Flute or the Jupiter Symphony. In this sense, chamber music reveals curious details, due to the reduced number of instruments and the physical proximity of the musicians. We propose listening live to the Quintet with Horn KV 407 and the Quintet with Clarinet KV 515, works designed for musicians that the composer admired and knew personally; a horn player and a clarinetist, respectively. It is now up to the Soloists of the Metropolitana to assume these roles.
