The course will acquaint participants with the possibilities of using case conferences in social work with the family. The participant acquires theoretical knowledge of the preparation and implementation of case conferences. Practically, they practice partial skills necessary to conduct case conferences and gain experience in the course of the case conference in the experiential part. He is acquainted with their practical preparation and the course of implementation. The graduate has reinforced partial skills needed to conduct case conferences. It develops the ability to create a plan to work with the family on the basis of a case conference. It offers a deeper understanding of the concept of case conferences, their role in working with the family and practical instructions on how the case conferences can be effectively used to solve specific situations. Participants will learn about the methodology and process of case conferences, acquire skills for effective cooperation between experts and family, learn to respect the voice of the child (participation) throughout the process. We will go through all phases of case conferences - organization, preparation, facilitation, output of case conference.
