About event
The MSV International Machinery Fair is the most important industrial fair in Central Europe.
The history of this fair at the Brno Exhibition Center began on September 6, 1959. Every year, MSV attracts a large group of visitors, almost 80% of whom influence investment decisions in their companies, and every third visitor represents the highest level of management.
All key areas of the machinery and electrical engineering industries are represented at the fair. Traditionally, the main field remains machining and plastic processing.
The main theme of MSV is Industry 4.0 and the Digital Factory, i.e. the digitization of production - one of the main directions of the innovation process. Another highlighted topic is the circular economy, i.e. the management of material resources. This is a trend that is one of the priority areas of sustainable development, and the alignment of industry and trade will be heading in this direction.
In 2025, the TRANSPORT AND LOGISTIKA trade show will be held in parallel with the MSV Fair.
The International Machinery Fair is one of the most famous trade fair events in the Czech Republic, enjoying great interest among representatives of politics and the media. An integral part of the fair is a rich accompanying program, which includes specialized conferences, seminars and workshops devoted to current technical, commercial and economic topics.
MSV is a stable brand with a 66-year tradition.
