This March 8, International Women's Day, we invite you to a unique event designed to reflect, learn and strengthen our community as migrant women. Through workshops, panels and moments of connection, we want to inspire you to grow, empower and bloom. 🌸

11:00: "The art of stillness" with Yazmín Prado🌸
Discover how stillness can be a powerful tool to find balance and clarity in your day to day. In this workshop we will explor , Mindfulness -based programs and integral well -being.
This space is designed to regal A moment of pause and transformation, celebrating the inner strength and the connection with ourselves. Visual.
13:00: Discussion panel: migrate and flourish - moderate by Roxana Velasco, with panelists sharing their stories and learning as migrant women.
14:00: "Healing what time does not heal" art therapy with libu smutny
Living in another country is a challenge that implies a deep change in Our identity, emotions and way of seeing life. Adapting to a new culture can be difficult, and many times the cultural shock, loneliness and nostalgia affect us more than we imagine.
This workshop is a space to reflect on our adaptation process and Personal growth. To learn to build a present with purpose, strengthening our character and our hope. Through art therapy, we will explore creative ways to embrace change and transform uncertainty into a path of renewal.
