About event
The Mumford & Sons have just announced a 19-date tour, with a passage in Lisbon at the Campo Pequeno Sagres on November 25, at a single concert in Portugal.
The British Folk-Rock band is preparing to edit their new album, Rushmere, on March 28 while in London, before going to Sydney and North America. The tour of arenas that arrives in Lisbon in November, starts in Stockholm on November 6 and ends in London on December 10th.
Mumford & Sons joined Plus1 to support the War Child organization. For each ticket sold, 1 € will be donated to help War Child protect, educate and defend the rights of children affected by war. The lake, located in Wimbledon Common, in southwestern London, was the meeting point for Marcus Mumford, Ben Lovett and Ted Dwane, where they first imagined the idea of forming a band. Rushmere is as familiar to them as the instruments they played and is at the center of their origin history. The album was produced by Nine Grammys winner Dave Cobb, and recorded at RCA Studio A, Nashville, Savannah, Georgia, and Marcus Studio in Devon, UK.
