Mündliches Erzählen, Lautpoesie und Textexperiment

In this course, led by the language artist Julia Dorsch, we explore variants of poetic and narrative language work in writing and the spoken word over two afternoons. Participants have the opportunity to get a taste of various language arts methods and use them to work on their own language art works.

We use images, objects and words as a starting point for poems, sound poetry and stories and embark on experiments together:

▪ How do I find free linguistic association?
▪ How can I improvise with language?
▪ How does sound arise in a poem?
▪ What effects are created Repetition?
▪ Which word fields do I enter?
▪ From where do the poems/narratives start?
▪ Can I record a story without writing?

In terms of content, we place a special focus - following the tradition of "nature writing" - on sensory impressions and vocabulary about non-human living beings and ours Ecosystems.
