What is it about?
We humans in capitalism are conditioned throughout our lives, extrinsic to us to motivate. Through money, recognition, prestige, fame, power and above all through the pride-filled self-image of being in control of our lives. Because of the fear that control could slip away from us.

But no one has their life under control. We are leaves in the wind of evolution. The only choice we have is: serve the system or do the job we were put into this world to do. Because every birth is a calling. You are not the problem in your life, you are the answer!

The Human Design forms our common compass, the paths of leisure can unfold individually.

Procedure
1. Mental intro and framework clarification
2. Intent setting
3. Somatic entry
4. Free Flow
5. Final round

Zones:
The room is divided into different areas
A) Process/sharing
B) Movement/dance
C) Reading, painting, writing, meditating
D) Cuddling or lying alone
F) Anteroom: food and individual conversations.

Please bring:
* Food for yourself
* Writing supplies/painting supplies if required (a selection will be available
* Headphones if you want to listen to music

This is not a workshop, but a collaborative space of mutual empowerment. The idea is to host these practice days regularly 1-2 times a month in order to build a shared field of leisure in the long term.
