About event
We cordially invite all students, graduates and teachers to the annual June meeting of the Institute of Musicology. This time we are returning to the barbeque, in the premises of the Karlínský port, where we already had a successful barbeque the year before!
There is a volleyball court in the area (a ball can be borrowed against a deposit) and an entrance to the Vltava:) There are toilets on site. Drinks are available for purchase at the bar, we should not bring our own. They have backup cups and you can pay by card :). Food for the grill, on the other hand, is under our control - a table for writing down snacks will soon be available in one of the posts at the event.
You can contribute to the rental of the grill and other ingredients with a voluntary contribution. It will be possible to pay either in cash or via QR code.
What, if any, to take with you? A picnic blanket, a musical instrument, a good mood and, in fact, anything you deem appropriate.
In case of bad weather, we have reserved spaces in the Hybernská Campus.
We look forward to seeing you:)
