Musical relaxation :
Come open up and start self-healing processes using music therapy.
A method of passive experiential relaxation that relaxes the body, mind, and emotions and induces inner of peace.
Relaxation takes place lying on the ground.
You are accompanied not only by the singing of the lecturer, but also by the sounds of instruments such as fičák (čaringa), mumble, mouthpiece, mouth harp, Tibetan bowls and cartels or (ting sha), didgeridoo etc., which gradually become louder, play a song and fade into silence.
What to bring: comfortable clothes, warm socks, a mat and possibly pillow.
A blanket and a mat 160 cm long are available on site.
The first 6 dates have been published, but we will continue in the spring :)
