Come open up and start self-healing processes using music therapy.
A method of passive experiential relaxation that relaxes the body, thoughts, emotions, and an inner calm is induced.
Relaxation takes place lying on the ground.
You are accompanied not only by the singing of the lecturer, but also by the sounds of instruments such as fičák (čaringa), mumble, windpipe, mouth harp, Tibetan bowls and gongs or (ting sha), didgeridoos, etc., which gradually start to sound, play a song and fade into silence.
What to bring: comfortable clothes, warm socks, a mat and possibly a pillow.
A blanket and a mat 160 cm long are available on site.
There are 6 dates listed for autumn 2024 that you can apply for - see opening photo.
