A sound bath with Šárka
follows fine stretching and sound bath with Tibetan bowls and other relaxing tools. There is a harmonizing space for the perception of the body, breath and inner peace. The space of internal harmony will be accompanied by Šárka (healing sounds). Djembe, body game, rhythmic training and simple layered improvisation. Accessible for beginners. The rhythm connects the left and right hemisphere and brings you to the flow. Space for calming, integrating and return to each other.
