We are approaching the end of the year and that is the time when it is useful to stop for a moment and look back over the past year and realize:
What I have accomplished and am I proud of myself?
What did I fail and am I grateful for that experience?
Often we don't allow ourselves to look back and then it can seem like nothing is moving anywhere and nothing is changing. But it's not like that. Life itself is by its very nature a stream of constant change. We just don't see them often.
Let's stop by the fire and look back at the slowly ending year so we can realize where we were a year ago and where we are right now.
