About event
Topic: My body is my temple
Our body is like a new car that we have received as a gift on our arrival to this world to carry our soul around this world.
When you have a new car, it usually runs great and it depends on you how you give him care to continue. Someone gives him regular service, he has a garage and carefully takes care of him. Another just rides, does not care about anything, and when things start to spoil, they just replace it.
But you won't change your body.
Our body is not us, but its condition directly affects the quality of our lives.
Do you treat him accordingly?
Do you perceive him and listen to his needs?
or you just ignore it until you can and take it for granted, that it serves and that somehow can handle it?
The best inspiration is among the like -minded men who are also on the way and want to develop.
