MY HOUSE Walk - September Edition

Join us for our September edition walk where together we get out of our heads and into our bodies through playful and creative exercises

We are going for a walk in Plänterwald, where we will do a variety of exercises to loosen us up and feel like kids again. Come as you are, dressed for the weather, as we will embrace it no matter what it does, so be prepared!
