Life is a journey full of changes – sometimes we walk with ease, other times we face a steep hill or a foggy crossroads. If you are currently going through a life change or feel that you need it, you don't have to be alone.
We invite you to a safe space where you don't have to have the answer to everything. We meet once every three weeks to share our stories together, draw inspiration from the experiences of others and discover our own path in the silence of listening.

My name is Barbara "Basia" Heger. I am dedicated to leading inspirational and experiential seminars, during which I enthusiastically help adults and children discover their unique potential. I focus on building quality relationships based on authentic communication, personal responsibility and the development of a healthy self-concept.
I am a communication coach based on empathy and a certified coach of the Familylab organization, which was founded by the Danish family therapist and pedagogue Jesper Juul.
Although I come from Poland, I have been living in Prague for 17 years. This is where I truly feel at home and I happily create space for meetings that have a deep meaning.
My name is Marlena Kopecká. My professional path has led in an arc from IT project management to adult education, from hard to soft skills, from face-to-face courses to experiential and experiential education and coaching.
I have now been working in innovative education for over 12 years in the role of a guide for preschool children and older students, which perfectly fulfills my need to constantly further my education and at the same time apply my experience in direct work with children - especially in the area of communication, self-development, stress management and social skills.
I like to listen and share in circles led by others, and I also like to develop my own practice of guiding advisory circles for both children and adults.

What is an Advisory Circle (Council)?
It is a communication technique focused on conscious listening and authentic sharing "from heart to heart". This non-hierarchical method uses a circular arrangement to build relationships, cohesion and collective wisdom in teams, communities and schools.
Using the advisory circle:
Personal development: A space for safe sharing and inner growth.
Relationships: Helps to resolve relational issues and strengthen understanding.
Education: Develops relationships and emotionality in schools.
Work environment: Serves to share experiences and build company culture.
