Homelessness - openly and directly. We're going to look at a topic that affects us all, but we rarely talk about honestly. We will talk about what it means to lose a home, where a feeling of helplessness arises and where, on the contrary, hope is born. No papers, no textbooks, no fancy phrases.
Together we will open the questions:
- Who actually ends up on the street and why?
- What does a typical day of a homeless person look like?
- What works in practice and what is just a myth?
- And most importantly - how can each of us help?
They will discuss:
- Peter Gombita - director of Oáza-nádej for the new život, n.o., priest, known for running marathons for the poor.
- Vladimír Jurek - TV JOJ editor who often touches on social issues in our city and region in his reports
- Jana Krajkovičová - leads communication and fundraising at the DEDO Foundation with the aim of ending homelessness in Košice and Slovakia.
