In the silence of the asanas, space opens up for internal attunement and awareness of one's own rhythm.
Yin yoga is not about strength, but about relaxation - it works with the fascia and fine structures of the body.
In the positions, we surrender to gravity and change the nervous system.
From the feeling of danger and speed, we move into softness, acceptance and regeneration.

At the end, we let ourselves be carried away by the sound of harmony and simple mantras that bring joy, light and life into the inner space.
Participants can join in according to their feelings or just let the mantras and sound vibrations affect their being.

which supports the balance of body and mind and restores the joy of the heart.
