Talks & discussions
About event
We invite you to the discussion "On the ~ wave with a truce", the main topic of which will be hearing impairment and sensory sensitivity of people on the autistic spectrum. We will look at what challenges and obstacles deaf people have to overcome and, conversely, how unregulated sensory sensitivity in autistic hearing people can negatively affect the quality of life. We will talk about basic needs, barriers, prejudices and stereotypes, but also about improving the quality of life, possibilities for inclusion, or cultural offerings for the disadvantaged.
The discussion will take place as part of the "Meaningful Sounds" project, which is implemented thanks to the financial support of the ZSE Foundation.
The event will be interpreted into sign language.
Entrance is free, but limited by the capacity of the space.
We look forward to seeing you!
