Can we actually hear each other? ..and understand each other?
We want to have good relationships, but are we able (or at least willing) to really understand ourselves at all?
📊 There are countless theories about communication and its importance for life and healthy relationships. We will do WITHOUT THEM at this meeting
🍱 together we will create a space to speak and listen - practically and even on three levels
💞 we will experience what it is like to be really heard and understood, and what it is like to experience full attention and the effort to understand
👬 and through what we do with others, we will also look into the space within ourselves - how we manage to communicate with ourselves, with its often contradictory parts or sub-personalities...

Φ for couples - either for couples or two people who want to get along better, e.g. parent and child (over 16 years old), close friends, ...
Θ for individuals - feel free to come alone (e.g. when there is no one with whom you want to do it, or when your partner is not interested, and you don't want to convince him/her...)
The program will be structured in such a way as to provide the experience of improving communication in any relationship, to anyone who will come.
