Do you feel that an anxiety binds you or someone close to your life? Do not let her control it! But even on her influence on family relationships and well -being. In real situations we will show how anxiety can manifest and how to work with it effectively.

F. Horák about myself: I am currently working at the Therapia private counseling center as a psychotherapeutic advisor. Previously, I worked as the leading crisis line for the elderly. I first studied cybernetics and control technology at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, followed by theology and philosophy. For ten years I have been as a spiritual Roman Catholic Church. Experience with people and their psychological problems motivated me to complete long -term psychotherapeutic training in logotherapy and existential analysis. I'm married and I have two sons. In my free time I devote myself to wandering in nature, running and reading.
