The social situation, local and global politics, crises, pandemics, wars... all this has an impact on the state of the psyche of each and every one of us. Experts warn that the incidence of anxiety and depression is increasing worldwide.
Depression is dominated by deep sadness, loss of interest and apathy, while anxiety is dominated by fear, tension and worry. Katka Kosčová, who will be the next guest of the cycle of discussions on mental health in cooperation with IPčka, knows how unpleasantly they can affect everyday life. Vladka Berežná - a psychologist and psychotherapist in the direction of existential analysis, accepted the invitation to the discussion from among the professional public.
