19:00 - 20:30 - Three sauna cycles and 3 stories read
The author of the stories is Lenka Figalová, a woman, mother and holistic and tantric masseuse.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
I am a woman and a mother who decided to take life into my own hands and start creating it to my satisfaction. Not to the satisfaction of others. I come from Ostrava. I'm not afraid to talk dirty when it's necessary and I'm not afraid to behave very level when it's necessary. I enjoy all my positions. From a bitch to a kind woman. I am a free being and I don't (mostly:) beat myself up for my mistakes. I work as a holistic and tantric masseuse - my work gives me a deep meaning, because I see how people look "before and after" and what impact my work has on the quality of experience in everyday life. In my free time, I am a lover of nature, the forest, herbs and an occasional writer, keeping my little pieces "in a drawer" for now. I think about life in context, I look for creative new ways of approaching life - if something doesn't work for me in the long term (relationships or work), I take a lesson from it and next time I might go about it differently... Sometimes I tell myself that I'm an expert on biohacking. I like to inspire people, shock them or just put a smile on their face.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION:
The sauna is located on Štvanice island right next to the Mystic sk8 park. You can store your belongings in a locker. You can have your own sheet or borrow it for 60 CZK/pc. After the sauna, you can take a warm or cold shower, or you can cool off in the tub. The more daring of you can go to the Vltava, a few headlamps available in Maringotka will light your way
