Whatever you desire or admire, whatever ability or principle you may need right now, is somewhere inside you.
It already exists in your brain (nervous system, field...)
Once you have something ( for example courage, the feeling that you are loved, peace, spontaneity...) you can imagine, it is your SOURCE.
You are able to experience it and use it in your life.
It's like a book in your brain's library - only you might not know you have it yet because you don't know where you have it.
In the online workshop I will help you find it and consolidate it with the help of EMDR procedures so that it is available to you at any time.
We will meet on ZOOM at 6 p.m., we will work for about an hour and a half to two hours, I can handle a maximum of 24 participants.
It will be very pleasant, supportive and optimistic!
Attention, participation is only possible live at the given time, watching the recording does not work in this case. The workshop is practical and interactive, I need to see you on camera and you need to see me well - it is better to connect from a computer or tablet.
