At the online workshop I will help you find it and with the help of EMDR procedures to be available to you at any time.
We will meet at Zoom at 6 pm, we will work for about an hour and a half to two, I can handle a maximum of 24 participants.
It will be very pleasant, supportive and optimistic!
Attention, participation is only live at a given time, watching the record in this case does not work. The workshop is practical and interactive, I need to see you on the camera and you need to see me well - the connection from a computer or tablet is better.
