About event
In November in Brno 2024, we are used to an event that commemorates the arrival of Emperor Napoleon to the city in 1805.
This year you will see it live again! We will start at 17:30 at Moravské náměstí, when the procession led by the emperor on horseback and on foot will pass through the center of Brno. From Náměstí Svobody we will go to the town hall, where the emperor will receive the symbolic key to the city. In the cathedral of St. Peter and Paul, there will be a memorial service for all the victims of the wars.
The event is supported by the South Moravian Region, under the auspices of the mayoress of the statutory city of Brno, JUDr. Markéta Vaňková.
