Fitness preparation of competitors - we will focus on the concept of LTAD (Long -Term Athlete Development) and its application to yachting. We will also discuss individual examples for the construction of training units depending on the period. > https://www.facebook.com/events/83071774827684

She studied fitness coach at FSPS MU and since autumn 2020 she has been working on the development of the fitness concept of the CSJ, and she has been preparing some members of the SCM ČSJ. In the years 2021–2023 she worked with Dominika Vaďurová as the second coach SCM and ALT 29ER.
