On Saturday, November 15, you will be able to experience a rather unconventional genre clash at Pink Whale, but even better! Dance-punk PONS from New York and Narcotic Wasteland will present you an amazing mix of their creations in one evening.
Rock'n'roll with PONS has no chance to be lazy.
They conduct their European DIY tour with the slogan "NO MERCY" and burn more calories on stage in one night than most bands do in a whole year.
In 2024, PONS transformed from a classical band into a solo project of Jack Parker. They confront the audience with a pulsating mix of electronica and dance punk. They are angular, aggressive and uncompromisingly direct.
Having played with bands such as Gogol Bordello, Lambrini Girls, Laura Jane Grace, Geese, Vundabar and A Place To Bury Strangers, they leave absolutely everything on stage — a shower of smashed instruments, writhing bodies, blinding lights, pulsating beats and glam rock audacity.
Inspired by artists such as Iggy Pop, Suicide, LCD Soundsystem and Crystal Castles, PONS spew the digital bile of our dystopian, internet-fueled reality right in the listener's face, while simultaneously celebrating and mocking rock'n'roll's most bloated and brazen clichés.

Metal the rampage of the Narcotic Wasteland live! The concert will take place as part of a special tour by the band, which will play fan favorites and celebrate 20 years of Annihilation of the Wicked (from the frontman's previous band Nile) with two iconic Dallas Toler-Wade songs: Lashed to the Slave Stick and The Burning Pits of the Duat.
