Often in life and in the overall connection with ourselves, with others, with the world, the unconscious, forgotten part of us prevents us.

And one of the very well-hidden emotions and wounds in us is the belief that we are not enough, that we are not worthy of love, a wound linked to fear and shame.

Shame is in the depths of each of us, and if we cannot talk about shame and examine its effects on our own lives, we cannot empathize from the heart. and Compassionate Inquiry.

In a playful way, we look at the parts of us that are hidden in us like pearls in the sea and thus control various coping strategies and programs our life.
Lecturers: Monika Weiglová - Jungian psychologist and certified practitioner and supervisor of the Gabora Maté approach, with training in Katatymna Imaginative Psychotherapy, kundalini and restorative yoga, art therapy and energy healing.
