National technical training led by Satomi Ishikawa (5th Dan).
The focus of this monthly training is on the structure and purity of basic techniques that one needs for exams. During the internship, Shodan also train candidates: correct entrance, implementation of the basic techniques and exercise of all requested techniques for the Shodan exam, combined with working on the condition and the presentation. Accessible from 3rd Kyu.
Simple weapon techniques are also practiced. Take Tanto and Bokken.
