National Shodan Preparation

National technical training led by Satomi Ishikawa (6th dan). The focus of this monthly training is on structure and purity of basic techniques that are needed for exams. During the internship, shodan candidates also train on: correct entrance, execution of the basic techniques and practice of all required techniques for the shodan exam, combined with working on fitness and presentation. Accessible from 3rd kyu.
Simple weapon techniques are also practiced. Take tanto and bokken with you.
